Benevolence Application

We are privileged to serve you in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Through our benevolence funds, we can give temporary assistance to those in special, difficult circumstances. In so doing we extend the love of Jesus Christ, who taught us in the book of John Chapter 13 verse 35, “By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

THRIVE Benevolence Funds are set aside for those who have specific needs that directly affect receiving the necessities of life: food, clothing, housing, transportation, and health. All checks will be payable to the creditor rather than the applicant. Fill out all the necessary information to make this application complete. The benevolence fund is intended as a one-time or short-term support with the hope that it will help an individual or family financially recover from a crisis. Those requesting assistance must also be willing to receive financial, family, or spiritual counseling from the Bridge Builders Ministry Leader or an elder as seen fit for the situation.
(1) IMPROPER ACCOUNTING OF FACTS AND INFORMATION WILL LEAD TO DISAPPROVAL.

(2) Copies of the following items must be emailed to admin@thrivekg.org immediately following the submittal of this application.

  • Bills are directly connected with the request.
  • Proof of household bills: (PDF, Screenshot, Photo, etc…)
  • While reviewing the request, THRIVE Christian Fellowship may request the last 60 days of household bank statements. (to verify available funds, account numbers may be concealed but must include your name, address, and date).

 (3) The completed application with all supported documentation should be submitted to admin@thrivekg.org, which will be reviewed by the THRIVE Christian Fellowship Administrator to ensure completion of the application and may follow up with additional questions before submitting it to elders or Bridge Builders Ministry Leader to be carefully prayed over and considered. You may be contacted to discuss your request in further detail once reviewed. Please know that from the date we receive your application to the payment of funds can take up to ten to fifteen business days.

(4) Benevolence assistance is not a loan. However, if you are financially blessed in the future, the repayment of funds is appreciated and will help assist others.

(5) All decisions by the THRIVE Christian Fellowship will be final.
