Small groups are where life and growth take place. We don't want to just say “See you next Sunday” as we leave our Sunday gatherings. THRIVE Groups are the primary way we connect.
Who? Everyone! Different ages and stages of life gathering for life-on-life connection. (Some groups will coordinate childcare.)
What? THRIVE Groups are where we gather together in smaller groups to thrive in relationship with the Lord and each other. Sermon-based discussions focus on applying to our everyday lives what we’ve heard and learned in Sunday’s message using the questions on the sermon’s weekly note sheet . We will grow as we talk, eat, laugh, celebrate, grieve, serve, and engage in the one-anothers together to form lasting connections and impact King George and beyond!
When? Weekly, during the evening (with built-in breaks).
Where? In homes around King George and surrounding communities.
Why? To vitalize authentic, close-knit relationships in Christian community.
We were made to more than just survive – we were made to THRIVE!
